The Deer Valley Resort's children's center (ages 2 months to 12 years) is a state licensed facility providing supervision and activities for non-skiing children. Children's Ski School programs start with age three and are designed to accommodate all ability levels and deliver the best in ski instruction and fun. Kids Central at The Canyons is dedicated to meeting the needs of children. Of particular interest are the activities at the Utah Olympic Park and the winter and summer programs offered by the Norwegian Outdoor Exploration Center.
